Does Clarins men skin difference product really help to reduce hair growth?

I bought this product Clarins men skin difference today. I heard It's supposed to help reduce the hair grow (beard and neck) and soften the skin. I am not sure how good this product is. Can anyone tell me if it really helps to reduce the hair growth?
